Understanding public libraries in age friendly communities for people with dementia and Alzheimer’s in Ireland

Procedure:
Informed consent will be collected verbally and audio-recorded at the start of each interview.
During the interview, you will be asked for your agreement with the following statements:
I provided a pseudonym for the interview.
I was given a copy of the information leaflet and consent form for my records.
I was given an opportunity to ask questions about the research.
I was given sufficient information about the research to decide whether or not to participate in the research.
I am willing to take part in the research.
I understand that my participation is voluntary, and that I am free to withdraw at any time without giving a reason and without penalty.
I am aware and consent to my interview will be audio recorded.
I am aware and consent to my interview being transcribed and de-identified.
I am aware and consent to my audio recording being destroyed at the completion of the study.
I am aware and consent to de-identified quotes from my interview being used in research outputs including academic publications, presentations, professional meetings, and social media to disseminate our findings.
I am aware and consent to my de-identified transcript being deposited in University College Dublin’s Research repository in alignment with open science principles.
I request a copy of my audio recording at the end of this interview.
